Pre-Packed Face Case Mirrors


I would recommend having 1 of each skin care printed in color, double sided for each face tray. these won't ever be thrown away, you just put the clear tray over them for each appointment and switch it based on which skincare you customer is trying. Use coordinating set closing sheets. Color-coded for ease of use!


PrePacked Money Bag


In my money bag, I have ;

  • Paper sales tickets as a backup in case my phone dies or I'm out of cell reception at the appointment location, but I generally do all sales invoices on the mycustomers app.

  • Order of application cards double side printed Calculator in case I can't use my phone

  • Highlighter

  • Pen

  • Some cash and coins of smaller bills to make a change if customers pay in cash.


Pre-Packed Shopping Bag


Consider pre-packing delivery bags (the section 2 large plastic delivery bags from InTouch.) I have them all pre-packed with the following so that it's simple, easy, and pre-done so I don't have to worry if I forgot to include something. Everyone goes home with one, even if they don't purchase, which is rare. Everyone feels like they are leaving with a special "gift"!I include:

  • Current catalog

  • Business card on a magnet

  • Candy that won't melt and is individually wrapped (starburst, jolly ranchers, or tootsie rolls are my favs to use)

  • Opportunity postcard

  • Cadillac customer care card



Setting the table

Behind every mirror is a pre-packed travel roll up bag with her name on it. Each roll up bag has the Ultimate miracle set in it.
1. Cleanser in first pouch,
2. Day and night cream in the 2nd, 3. Mircordermabrasion plus set out of the box in pouch 3
4. Eye cream in pouch 4.
The normal/dry formula coordinates with the pink name tag and ribbon and purple with combination to oily.Referrals and think pink opinion survey.During the party when I do referrals I hand out this paper and ask her to do the think pink on the back while I do the individual closes with everyone.I put the 2nd date/half back coupon at their place setting. I talk about it during their appt. This encourages sales and new skincare customers and also rebooking that day! Encourage her to invite the ladies she put down as referrals!





Organizing demo products

In a roll up bag you should put the products from your starter kit and some additional. Here is a suggested way to pack it:POUCH 1: You’ll add the products from a boxed timewise repair set (take out of boxes) and put in 1 pouch.POUCH 2: From your starter kit add both cleansers, both day creams both night creams and eye cream.POUCH 3: Add from your starter kit the cc creams (5), eye makeup remover, translucent powder, mascara, and from your initial order add light beam liquid eye color, Fancy Nancy lip gloss, and foundation primer.POUCH 4: In the last pouch add the microdermabrasion set (pink and grey box with 2 products in it, charcoal mask, revealing radiance facial peel and moisturizer renewing gel mask)

If you'd prefer to have a palette of all the eye shadows and one of all the cheek colors then use this document as your guide to print for the inside lid. You can also put the colors in the palette in accordance to the Look Book and cut and paste the page from the catalog inside the lid.
